Recipes are ready-made sync set-ups. Pick one and press Start with this recipe: the sync screen opens with the direction and common settings already filled in, and you choose the calendars.
Big meetings always block your time
Meetings with ten or more guests copy as Busy, even when you marked them Free. The rule is already written. You pick the calendars. Needs Plus.
Several client calendars → one hub
Bring two to eight client calendars into one hub you check. One-way, so no time is blocked back on the client calendars.
Show evenings and weekends as Busy at work
Events that start at 18:00 or later, or on a weekend, show as Busy on the calendar your colleagues see. The rule is already written. Needs Plus.
Family calendar → your own
Family events show up on the calendar you actually open, in full detail. One-way, so nothing of yours goes back to the family calendar. Works on Free.
Add the organizer and guest list to the description
Meetings with guests copy with Organizer and Guests lines above their description. The rule is already written. You pick the calendars. Needs Plus.
iCloud ↔ Google, both directions
Add an event on your iPhone or your laptop and it shows up on the other, with its real title and location. Works on the Free plan with two calendars.
Show internal-only meetings as Internal
Meetings where every guest uses your company's email domain show as Internal meeting. Everything else keeps its title. You add one rule. Needs Plus.
Label client meetings, show everything else as Busy
Meetings with a guest from your client's domain show with a client label. Everything else shows as Busy. You add one rule. Needs Plus.
Block long events as Busy and label focus time
Events of two hours or more always block your time, and guest-free Focus events read Focus time. The rules are already written. Needs Plus.
Put the video-meeting link in the location
Online meetings copy with their join link as the location, so you can join in one tap. Events without a link keep their location. Needs Plus.
One mirror across three or more accounts
Keep three or more accounts showing each other as one sync, not a chain of pairs. Plus for three calendars, Pro for five. The trap to avoid, explained.
Hide one calendar's events, show the others' titles
Events from one source calendar show as Busy and Private, and events from the others keep their titles. You add two rules. Needs Plus.
Outlook ↔ Google, both directions
Book in Outlook or Google and the other one agrees, with real titles and locations. Works with Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com. Works on the Free plan.
Personal → Work, shown as Busy
Your work calendar shows "Busy" when you have a personal appointment, and nobody at work sees what it is. Nothing is written to your personal calendar.
Keep private events private, copy the rest in full
Events marked Private or Confidential copy as Busy with no details. Every other event copies in full. The rules are already written. Needs Plus.
Use the description as the location when it is empty
When a feed puts the address in the description and leaves Location empty, the copy gets the description as its location. Needs Plus.
Work ↔ Personal, detail one way only
Keep work and personal calendars in step both ways: work shows Busy, your personal calendar keeps the full details. Needs Pro for the per-calendar settings.
